A SIZZLING HOT FOOD's EXPO

Our 4th annual Hotter Than Heck Fest was held on April 29th at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, 63 Grand St. in Waterbury. The event was presided over by emcee Scot Haney, the popular and zany WFSB Channel 3 Eyewitness News meteorologist and personality. Other aspects of this crowd pleasing event include the Three Alarm Chili Cook-off for Firefighters and other amateur chefs, an ice sculpture display by award winning ice sculptor Bill Covitz of icematters.com, the Pirate’s Booty treasure chest, a People’s Choice competition among the exhibitors, a Salsa dancing demonstration and lesson, book signing by Bob Adams author of Firehouse Cooking cookbook, great hot 'n spicy food, musical entertainment and more!
